Lo consiglio vivamente agli amanti del buon cibo. Lovely place not far from the beautiful Modica excellent cuisine with quality products, all in a private and above all clean context. Dieci giorni fa Il mio celluare con operatore wind si e' rotto ed avevo urgenza di acquistarne un altro . Era il 12 agosto e non trovando negozi wind aperti mi sono recata in questo negozio tim sito a Modica - galleria solaris - ed ho chiesto quali fossero le proposte tim redendomi quindi disponibile a cambiare operatore. Mi hanno indicato una proposta tim conveniente ed ho quindi chiesto il cambio operatore pagando 25 euro per avere nel giro di 3/4 giorni il nuovo telefonino. Il giorno stesso in cui e' stata attivata la portabilita' del numero mi sono recata in negozio per sottoscrivere il contratto di acquisto del telefono. Il proprietario mi comunica che la proposta tim indicatami qualche giorno prima non era piu' valida!! Morale della favola: per avere il telefono avrei dovuto sottoscrivere una proposta molto onerosa. Mi sono sentita presa in giro ed ho fatto presente che mi avevano dato una informazione errata e/o comunque incompleta. Alle mie rimostranze il proprietario non solo non si e' scusato ma approfittando del fatto che ormai ero passata a tim mi ha detto che se continuavo a protestare per l' accaduto non mi avrebbe venduto il telefono!!! Me ne sono andata e per fortuna ho risolto con il negozio wind che mi ha assistita con gentilezza e competenza. Purtroppo dovro' pagare ulteriori 15 euro a tim!!! Bad experience. Very rude and aggressive owner. Ten days ago My mobile phone with wind operator broke down and I urgently needed to buy another one. It was August 12th and not finding any wind shops open, I went to this tim shop located in Modica - solaris gallery - and asked what tim's proposals were, thus redeeming myself available to change operator. They showed me a convenient tim proposal and I then asked to change the operator paying 25 euros to have the new mobile phone within 3/4 days. The same day that number portability was activated, I went to the store to sign the telephone purchase contract. The owner informs me that the tim proposal indicated to me a few days before was no longer valid !! Moral of the story: to have the phone I would have had to subscribe to a very expensive proposal. I felt teased and I pointed out that they had given me incorrect and / or incomplete information. To my grievances, the owner not only did not apologize but, taking advantage of the fact that I had now moved on to tim, he told me that if I continued to complain about what happened, he would not sell me the phone !!! I left and luckily I solved with the wind shop that assisted me with kindness and competence. Unfortunately I will have to pay an additional 15 euros per tim !!!

La Tim aveva bloccato per traffico anomalo il telefono di mia figlia che si trova all'estero. Non siamo riusciti con nessun operatore del 119 a risolvere la situazione, ci dicevano che lo avevano già sbloccato, ma il telefono continuava a non funzionare. Siamo andati alla Tim almeno 4 volte in due giorni e ci hanno fatto fare varie prove. Alla fine il telefono lo ha sistemato la signora del negozio che ha preso a cuore la situazione visto che mia figlia aveva proprio bisogno del telefono. La ringrazio non solo per aver risolto la questione, ma per la pazienza e la disponibilità. Yesterday the lady of the center Tim Solaria solved a very special situation for us. Tim had blocked the phone of my daughter who is abroad due to anomalous traffic. We were not able with any operator of 119 to resolve the situation, they told us that they had already unlocked it, but the phone still did not work. We went to Tim at least 4 times in two days and they made us do various tests. Eventually the phone was fixed by the shop lady who took the situation to heart as my daughter really needed the phone. Thank you not only for resolving this issue, but for your patience and availability.
