I prezzi sono alti, però vengono quasi sempre scontati. Per quanto riguarda il personale, per quanto riguarda la mia esperienza, poco gentile e totalmente sprovveduto! Per un reso, e sostituzione dell'articolo, sono dovuta tornare per ben due volte a Modica. Non avendo l'articolo mi hanno dirottato su Gela, e lì altri problemi. Per un problema col computer, non potevo restituire l'articolo, e ritirare quello che mi interessava (il prodotto che volevo a Modica era esaurito e lo avevano solo a Gela). Alla fine sono ritornata a Modica, ho restituito l'articolo, e ritornata a Gela per ritirare l'articolo da me richiesto! Premetto che non sono né di Modica e né di Gela . Un vá e viene incredibile solo per incompetenza ed incapacità.
The shop is well stocked. For the house you can find everything!
Prices are high, but they are almost always discounted. As for the staff, as for my experience, unkind and totally naive! For a return and replacement of the item, I had to go back to Modica twice. Not having the article, they diverted me to Gela, and other problems there. For a problem with the computer, I could not return the item, and collect what I was interested in (the product I wanted in Modica was out of stock and they only had it in Gela). In the end I returned to Modica, I returned the article, and returned to Gela to collect the article I requested! I state that I am neither from Modica nor from Gela. Unbelievable comes and goes only for incompetence and inability.
