Nonostante sia appunto accostata al porto, l'acqua è limpida ed è presente il noleggio per ombrelloni e lettini. Se cerchi comodità e tranquillità e' la spiaggia giusta. Small pebbly beach, possibility to rent sun beds and umbrellas at acceptable prices a stone's throw from the town center and various bars, clean water. If you are looking for comfort and tranquility, this is the right beach.
P	Paola Caiello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso fare altro che riproporre la mia recensione della Torre degli Appiani: Questa torre, costruita da una potente famiglia locale caratterizza la "spiaggia della torre" che è praticamente in centro a Rio Marina e proprio per questo Molto comoda per prendere qualche ora di sole, anche se non mancano gli affezionati che vi trascorrono l'intera giornata. È una spiaggia di sassi e C'è la possibilità di prendere lettini e ombrelloni. C'è musica anche gradevole, soprattutto per i non più giovani in quanto sono tutti pezzi notissimi, estivi, degli anni '60 e' 70, ma apprezzati anche da persone giovani... Unico vero neo è che la musica è a volume altissimo. I can only repeat my review of the Torre degli Appiani: This tower, built by a powerful local family, characterizes the "beach of the tower" which is practically in the center of Rio Marina and for this very reason it is very convenient for taking a few hours of sunshine , even if there is no shortage of aficionados who spend the whole day there. There is also pleasant music, especially for those who are no longer young as they are all well-known summer pieces from the 60s and 70s, but also appreciated by young people ... The only real drawback is that the music is very loud .

Si trova sulla foce di un torrente e in mezzo ai grandi traghetti che transitano in continuazione, inoltre potrebbe accadere che si allaghi. Non una delle migliori che ci sono all'Elba. The beach is in the center of Rio Marina and is pebbly. The view and the environment are very special even if the location is not the best. It is located at the mouth of a stream and in the midst of the large ferries that pass continuously, it could also happen that it floods. Not one of the best there are on Elba.
