M	Michael Schild on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Überfahrt war in Ordnung aber auf die Fähre zu kommen sehr Anstrengend. Hatte ein Voucher vorher gebucht wollte diesen eintauschen an einem Stand aber die sagten das brauch ich nicht. An der Fähre wurde ich abgewiesen ich solle es erst gegen ein Ticket tauschen. Am anderen Ticket Schalter sagte man mir das mein Zettel reicht. Sehr mühsam und verwirrend 30 minuten herum gelaufen und gefahren bis ich endlich meine Tickets hatte. Crossing was ok but to get on the ferry very exhausting. Had a voucher previously booked wanted to exchange this at a booth but said that I do not need. At the ferry I was dismissed I should first exchange it for a ticket. At the other ticket counter I was told that my note is enough. Very laborious and confusing 30 minutes running around and drove until I finally had my tickets.
R	Roberto Nardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale di scarso livello, abbiamo acquistati il biglietto per le 15 e 30 , arrivati all'imbarco ci hanno fatto rigirare per mancanza di posti, pessima organizzazione da parte della Toremar e della biglietteria che doveva informare il cliente se vi era posto o meno acquistando così un biglietto per un orario successivo. Personale scortese ! Poor staff, we bought the ticket for 15.30, when we arrived at the boarding we were made to turn around due to lack of seats, bad organization by Toremar and the ticket office which had to inform the customer if there was space or not by purchasing this way a ticket for a later time. Rude staff!

Impossibile sostituire biglietti causa guasto all'auto fino alla perdita degli stessi. Incredibly unprofessional behavior of an employee of an open ticket office at will.
