Eat in the piazza if you will... this place is true Ostuni experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Spessite you can enjoy original Puglia family food, just accept the suggested Menu and you will not regret it. The lady will be happy and proud to explain the receipt (she did it with me). Are you very hungry? Ask more and you will get more for same price. The room is cozy and like a living room. The terrace is small but the view is so nice. Welcome is warm as Salento is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A must! We ate here on our last night and after going to five restaurants all over the province this was our favourite. The owners are amazing and so friendly. You feel like you're home. It was the first restaurant in the old town and has been there since 1974. The same chef! We were blown away by the hospitality and will be back. Thank you Spessite!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Following three dinners in Ostuni, this gem was our favourite by far. It is located slightly off the tourist track by about 100 meters but the set menu is absolutely delicious in its use of local ingredients and flavours. The waiter was extremely friendly and in the end, the chef came down personally and handed us a Spessite branded plate to take home. The value was also fantastic with the set menu costing only €19. Unbelievable but true. We will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was delicious. The restaurant from outside doesn't look like much and neither does the inside. But the food is truly amazing. The host is amazing and was very nice to us. I never write any reviews, but this time, I had to, it was truly amazing.
There is not much choices, but trust me, you should trust the host and take what she says because it is truly amazing?!
