Tutto ció è reso possibile grazie alle insegnanti deliziose, professionali e sempre disponibili, alla splendida location a due passi dal centro storico e alle ottime attrezzature. Grazie! Entrate da una piccola porticina verde, godetevi l'odore dei fiori che sbocciano in primavera e del gelsomino che si arrampica sulle pareti... ecco che qui vi accoglieranno due insegnanti fantastiche, gentili e preparatissime! Attrezzature ottime sia per Mat che per Ref! Da quando ho iniziato pilates con loro 4 anni fa la mia vita è cambiata...e ora non posso più farne a meno! Super consigliato!!! PS. Per chi ha la macchina: parcheggio multilivello (Parking Via Giulia) a meno di 300 metri! Excellency - 5 stars are not enough! Le insegnanti sono molto professionali e offrono molteplici tipologie di lezioni per rispondere alle differenti esigenze della clientela. Si praticano lezioni di gruppo sul reformer e mat tower, ma anche personal per i clienti più esigenti o per seguire programmi necessari per specifiche patologie. Tutte le lezioni si distinguono per il buon ritmo e la varietà oltre che per la serietà e competenza. In the heart of Rome, an excellent welcoming and bright Pilates center. The teachers are very professional and offer multiple types of lessons to meet the different needs of customers. Group lessons are held on the reformer and mat tower, but also personal lessons for the most demanding customers or to follow programs necessary for specific pathologies. All lessons are distinguished by good rhythm and variety as well as seriousness and competence.
