Cumplen con las medidas de higiene necesarias para este periodo de pandemia. Muy profesionales y amables!!!! Totally recommended! Excellent Pilates instructors. They also know how to speak English (it works for me because I am a foreigner). They comply with the hygiene measures necessary for this period of pandemic. Very professional and friendly !!!!

A loro devo tutti i miglioramenti fisici che mi stanno permettendo di riscquistare fiducia nel mio corpo e nelle sue potenzialità. Suggerisco a tutti di provare questa esperienza... do' 5 stelle perché è il massimo che posso dare, ma la verità è che non ci sono parole che possano realmente esprimere il mio GRAZIE I have been attending this center for more than 2 years. All very friendly, prepared, patient and very human. To them I owe all the physical improvements that are allowing me to regain confidence in my body and its potential. Istruttori preparati, ambiente rilassato e amichevole, adatto a tutti - anche quelli poco sportivi come me, che pure lo frequento da anni ? Very professional Pilates center with a good supply of machines despite its small size (6 reformers, 2 chairs, 1 cadillac, 1 barrell). Prepared instructors, relaxed and friendly environment, suitable for everyone - even those not very sporty like me, who have also been attending for years ?

Gli insegnanti seguono il cliente con attenzione ed è proprio questo aspetto che mi ha spinto a seguire le lezioni di pilates in questo studio. Oltre ad essere ben seguiti nel proprio percorso di allenamento si avverte tutta la passione degli insegnanti e dello staff che è un valore aggiunto importante. Inoltre, lo studio permette di frequentare i corsi, senza essere vincolati da giorni fissi o entrate che scadono nel giro di un mese, e ciò offre una flessibilità ed una vasta disponibilità di orario, utilissima per il lavoro che svolgo! A chi praticare un allenamento completo, consiglio vivamente questo studio! Fantastic studio! I suffer from various back problems which have improved considerably since taking the courses. The teachers follow the client carefully and it is precisely this aspect that prompted me to follow the pilates lessons in this studio. In addition to being well followed in your training path, you can feel all the passion of the teachers and staff which is an important added value. Furthermore, the studio allows you to attend courses, without being bound by fixed days or entrances that expire within a month, and this offers flexibility and a wide availability of time, very useful for the work I do! For those practicing a complete workout, I highly recommend this studio!

I took both the reformer and studio classes and it was very fun and interesting! The studio is clean and centrally located. I ended up coming three times during my week here!
