Un luogo dove è difficile non sentirsi a proprio agio. Cozy and well-kept structure; friendly staff ready to resolve any minor setbacks; trained and professionally good teachers and instructors. A place where it is difficult not to feel comfortable.

Non posso farne a meno! Ho frequentato anche durante la mia gravidanza ed è stata un’esperienza fondamentale in quel periodo particolare della vita! W Ryoga! Magical place: when I cross the threshold of the center, Ryoga Sallustiano changes something in the head that allows me to become estranged and finally dedicate precious time to yoga to regenerate my body and my mind. I can not do without! I also attended during my pregnancy and it was a fundamental experience in that particular period of life! W Ryoga!
m	marcella mancini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ryoga è per me una bellissima novità nel panorama degli studi romani, sia per la varietà dei corsi offerti che per la qualità quasi sempre molto alta degli insegnanti. Il lato negativo è a mio avviso nella mancanza di spazi ampi: la sala grande è molto confortevole per dimensioni e materiali, ma quella nel seminterrato è stretta e umida e negli spogliatoi non ci si gira. Anche la riduzione dello spazio lounge per ricavare un'altra saletta contribuisce a rendere l'ambiente meno piacevole. Mi manca davvero molto, poi, l'offerta del tė che regalava una coccola dopo la fatica delle lezioni... Ryoga is for me a beautiful novelty in the panorama of Roman studies, both for the variety of courses offered and for the almost always very high quality of the teachers. The downside is in my opinion in the lack of large spaces: the large room is very comfortable in size and materials, but the one in the basement is narrow and humid and in the changing rooms there is no turning around. The reduction of the lounge space to obtain another room also contributes to making the environment less pleasant. I really miss a lot, then, the offer of tea that gave a pampering after the hard work of lessons ...

Io e la mia fidanzata abbiamo avuto l'occasione di provare tutti e tre gli studi durate una settimana di vacanza romana all'inizio di Marzo. Il presonale è cortese preparato e professionale, gli insegnanti eccezionali, le sale sono veramente splendide, attrezzate con ogni accessorio necessario alla pratica, Hot Yoga, Yoga wall, Barre, Aerial, hanno praticamente tutto!!Anche un negozio di accessori deditaco allo yoga! Gli spogliatoi sembrano quelli di un grande albergo a cinque stelle. Anche a New York abbiamo difficoltà di trovare uno studio simile. Assolutamente consigliato. Probabilmente uno dei migliori studi che ci sono in italia. Splendid Yoga studio in the center of the Sallustiano district. My fiancee and I had the opportunity to try all three studies during a week of Roman vacation in early March. The presonal is courteous, prepared and professional, the exceptional teachers, the rooms are truly splendid, equipped with every accessory necessary to practice, Hot Yoga, Yoga wall, Bars, Aerial, they have practically everything !! Even an accessory shop dedicated to yoga! The changing rooms look like those of a large five-star hotel. Even in New York we have a hard time finding a similar study. Absolutely recommended. Probably one of the best studies in Italy.

Un vero peccato: se cercate un centro si yoga andate altrove. È ciò che farò appena mi scadrà l’abbonamento. It was a nice center, a vast offer of yoga, good teachers, but it is turning into a center of pilates and disciplines that you find in any gym. A real shame: if you are looking for a yoga center go elsewhere. This is what I will do as soon as my subscription expires.

Uniche pecche sono il fatto che Ryoga Sallustiano a differenza degli altri centri Ryoga a Trastevere e Prati ha poca scelta serale di Barre (l'ultima lezione è alle 17.30) e di powermat/matwork II (ci sono solo due lezioni a settimana la sera). it is a beautiful center with exceptional teachers and I really appreciate the fact that they have added the new room near the entrance. The only flaws are that Ryoga Ryoga Sallustiano unlike the other centers in Trastevere and Prati has little choice of evening Barre (the last class is at 17.30) and powermat / matwork II (there are only two classes a week in the evening) .
