Sicuramente una delle scuole di formazione più indicate per imparare la tradizione millenaria che lo yoga offre, senza fermarsi solo alle asana che sono davvero una piccola parte di un mondo da scoprire. Consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che hanno voglia di fare qualcosa di bello per se stessi e di cambiare qualcosa nella loro vita, di recarsi in questo centro, solo così potrete capire di cosa parlo. After a long period of research and yoga practice carried out in different centers in Rome, I found the Sivananda Yoga Center, a special place, where you can breathe a unique energy, which over time has pushed me to want to deepen more and more this discipline , so much so that he decided to take the teacher training course at this international organization. Definitely one of the most suitable training schools to learn the ancient tradition that yoga offers, without stopping only at the asanas that are really a small part of a world to discover. I highly recommend to all those who want to do something beautiful for themselves and to change something in their lives, to go to this center, just so you can understand what I'm talking about. Lo consiglio a tutti, soprattutto a coloro che sono alla ricerca di un centro con bravi insegnanti certificati.
I have been practicing yoga in this center for several years, and I am really excited about the path that the teachers helped me make. My flexibility is much improved, my back pains have disappeared thanks to the beautiful Thursday night classes.
I recommend it to everyone, especially those who are looking for a center with good certified teachers.
