I went on my first day in the city and absolutely loved her and her studio that I went back for another session the next day! She made work muscles that I haven't felt in a while.... A must visit for anyone who loves pilates!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gaia's pilates studio is right next to Rome's botanical garden, an oasis of peace. One feels happy, inspired, more supple and straighter after each lesson.
She is both professional and caring with all her students. Her lessons are not at all repetitive since she follows the transformations in one's body structure carefully.
Everyone, from beginners to experts, will profit from her teaching. The studio is fully equipped and group lessons are always intimate.
She regularly attends workshops in the US and all over the world. The top rating I have given her is very much deserved!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gaia is the best pilates teacher I've had. She always makes sure I have the proper form and I always get an amazing and fun workout with her. She's fluent in English, so don't be shy to come to her if you don't speak Italian. Pilates with Gaia is one of the things I'll miss when I return to New York, but I'll be sure to take more lessons with her each time I visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gaia is working with the Gratz equipment, the one made by a friend of the genius Pilates. It’s the best for a proper, true pilates workout. I enjoyed the flow of exercises as well as the instructions of Gaia, which are always very accurate and my body was getting into the right position instantly.
