La sua competenza (e del resto dello staff) è straordinaria e il suo metodo di insegnamento è allo stesso tempo minuzioso e facile da comprendere e da seguire. Oltre alla formazione del metodo Pilates, è possibile partecipare a vari Workshop su argomenti specifici (lombalgia, scoliosi ecc.), sia in presenza che online, con la stessa eccellente qualità di fruizione. Consiglio vivamente l'iscrizione a Fisicamente Formazione a chiunque voglia esplorare a 360° l'ambito del corpo umano e del movimento, non ve ne pentirete. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia approcciarsi al mondo del pilates questa scuola, in cui ogni allievo è ben seguito anche durante le lezioni online. Essendo io lontana purtroppo non posso presenziare in sede, ma sono certa che in presenza la qualità non sarà da meno. Tutti gli insegnanti sono dei veri professionisti e sono altamente preparati.
