I contratti erano nati errati dal numero verde Enel, ingarbugliati dal punto Enel ufficiale di via Nizza e risolto, alla fine, da loro. Cortesia, simpatia e efficienza. Grazie mille ragazzi!!!!!!!
They solved the problems of two new contracts (electricity and gas) in less than a quarter of an hour. The contracts were born incorrect by the Enel toll-free number, entangled by the official Enel point in via Nizza and eventually resolved by them. Courtesy, sympathy and efficiency. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata in questo punto assistenza a seguito di una estenuante (e sempre infruttuosa) pratica di voltura gestita dal centralino e da altri punti Enel. In meno di 24 ore i ragazzi hanno gestito la mia voltura risolvendomi, con pazienza e disponibilità, una pratica aperta da oltre un mese e mezzo e su cui nessun altro aveva saputo mettere mano in modo tanto risolutivo.
Per qualsiasi problema/consulenza affidatevi con fiducia a Davide e Giorgia, resterete sicuramente soddisfatti della loro professionalità!
I went to this assistance point following an exhausting (and always unsuccessful) transfer practice managed by the switchboard and other Enel points. In less than 24 hours the boys managed my transfer by solving, with patience and availability, a practice open for over a month and a half and on which no one else had been able to put their hand in such a decisive way.
For any problem / advice, trust confidently with Davide and Giorgia, you will surely be satisfied with their professionalism!

Per giorni e giorni ho parlato con il numero verde Enel senza riuscire ad avere informazioni pertinenti o in qualche modo sensate! Dopo aver incontrato Daniele tutto è diventato più semplice, mi ha fornito delle informazioni precise e appropriate, con grande professionalità e competenza. Il suo aiuto, la sua grande disponibilità e la sua cortesia hanno consentito la risoluzione del mio problema, ma cosa più importante hanno riportato la serenità nella mia famiglia!!!!!!
A warm thanks to all the staff of Spazio Enel, and in particular to Daniele for his efforts in solving a problem relating to the supply of gas, which seemed insurmountable! Daniele, per giorni e giorni ho parlato con il numero verde Enel senza riuscire ad avere una risoluzione del problema, che rischiava di far rimanere senza luce e gas un appartamento. Grazie a Daniele tutto è diventato più semplice, mi ha fornito delle informazioni precise ed appropriate e con grande professionalità e competenza è riuscito in pochissimo tempo e nonostante fosse anche in ferie, a risolvere i due problemi dell’utenza luce e gas. Il suo aiuto, la sua grande professionalità, disponibilità e la sua cortesia hanno consentito di risolvere così un problema che sembrava irrisolvibile.
