★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina (02/02/2018) ho chiamato il numero telefonico del negozio in questione, per sapere se era possibile fare tramite loro una voltura di due utenze (luce e gas). La persona, una signora, mi ha risposto che era possibile fare tramite loro questa operazione, ma servivano le letture dei contatori, cosa che ho già preso.
Prendo tutta la documentazione in mio possesso e mi reco al negozio. Una volta arrivato, gli incomincio a far vedere le carte per la pratica, ma la signorina mi risponde che non è possibile fare questo presso di loro.
Gli ho anche risposto dicendo di averli chiamati poco prima, e a loro volta mi ha detto che per telefono danno "informazioni sommarie..."
Serietà e competenza sono le due caratteristiche principali che bisogna trovare all'interno di un punto vendita, cosa che purtroppo qui non sono riuscito a trovare.

This morning (02/02/2018) I called the telephone number of the shop in question, to find out if it was possible to make a transfer of two utilities (electricity and gas) through them. The person, a lady, replied that it was possible to do this operation through them, but they needed the meter readings, which I have already taken.
I take all the documentation in my possession and go to the shop. Once there, I begin to show him the papers for the application, but the young lady replies that it is not possible to do this with them.
I also answered him saying that I had called them shortly before, and in turn he told me that by phone they give "summary information ..."
Reliability and competence are the two main characteristics that must be found in a store, which unfortunately I was unable to find here.
Not recommended !!!
