Mi ha anche ricontattato dopo 24 ore dall'intervento risolutivo per avere informazioni se tutto contiuniava a funzionare bene. Alessandro is a very prepared, available and solved a complicated problem with my new Haier refrigerator. He also contacted me after 24 hours from the definitive intervention to get information if everything continued to work well.

Il tecnico di Stop Telefonia Service, ha risolto il problema ma, sul concludersi del suo intervento, ci ha notificato l'assenza del motore dell'asciugatrice. Il punto è che l'asciugatrice funzionava fino al suo intervento e noi non sapevamo nemmeno come si aprisse la lavasciuga. Il tecnico non ha saputo dirci altro. Pessima esperienza. We took advantage of a technical assistance visit for a suspicious noise in our Beko washer dryer. The Stop Telephony Service technician solved the problem but, at the end of his intervention, he notified us that the dryer motor was missing. The point is that the dryer was working until he hit it and we didn't even know how the washer-dryer opened. The technician was unable to tell us more. Bad experience.

Ho richiamato l'assistenza e mi hanno risposto che è umano sbagliare, ma se fosse rivenuto il tecnico avrei dovuto ripagare comunque altre 60 euro di chiamata. Veramente molto delusa. Dopo un'iniziale incomprensione al telefono, ho ricevuto un intervento del responsabile tecnico in persona che, nel tentativo di risolvere il problema, ha contattato direttamente un referente Beko. Appurato che la macchina non sembrava presentare un guasto identificabile, ho ricevuto suggerimenti sui prodotti da utilizzare e su azioni di manutenzione da eseguire per cercare di mitigare o risolvere il problema da me riscontrato. Ringrazio il centro assistenza per l'impegno profuso nel tentare di risolvere l'incomprensione telefonica iniziale e di fornire la migliore assistenza possibile. After an initial misunderstanding on the phone, I received an intervention from the technical manager himself who, in an attempt to solve the problem, contacted a Beko representative directly. Having ascertained that the machine did not appear to have an identifiable fault, I received suggestions on the products to use and on maintenance actions to be performed to try to mitigate or solve the problem I encountered. I thank the help center for their efforts in trying to resolve the initial telephone misunderstanding and to provide the best possible assistance.

La lavatrice non scaricava bene, dopo un'intervento di verifica di 10 min e 60€ pagati, la problematica era legata allo scarico dell'appartamento intasato. Ho sbloccato con idraulico gel e riprovato la lavatrice, questa volta la lavatrice ha iniziato a perdere da dietro, quindi evidentemente il tecnico aveva mosso o toccato male lo scarico posteriore, tanto da arrecare questo problema. Ho richiamato l'assistenza e mi hanno risposto che se fosse rivenuto il tecnico avrei dovuto ripagare altre 60 euro di chiamata (in contanti), nonostante il problema sia stato creato dal loro stesso tecnico.
