Non ci sono sedie per cui le persone devono rimanere in piedi aspettando il proprio turno che non è scandito da un numero ma solo da una "fila" obbligata a stare in mezzo ai banchi del mercato. Assenza totale di privacy perché bisogna urlare per comunicare con l' addetto al di là del vetro. Le due stelle sono tutte esclusivamente per il personale che vi lavora in mezzo a tutte le difficoltà possibili sempre con cortesia e competenza.
