Ci venivo con mio Zio 30 anni fa ed oggi è presente in negozio la seconda e la terza generazione di Pizzaioli. Gestione familiare, simpatia, cordialità e pizza buonissima. Consigliatissima la pizza ripiena con cicoria ripassata in padella e salsiccia, la ripiena prosciutto cotto e mozzarella e la pizza bianca con cipolle condita alla "Umbra". Spesso si trovano al banco sfiziose pizzette rosse che posso essere condite "al volo" e infornate per una scaldatina. Il locale è piccolo ed è da considerarsi per il solo asporto ad eccezione per un pezzo di pizza al volo; in tal caso è possibile sedersi ad uno sgabello e gustarsi boccone dopo boccone la gustosa pizza. Non fanno fritti ma sinceramente per me non è mai stato un problema. Conviene prenotare telefonando perché il banco è piccolo e la pizza va via in fretta. Non siate frettolosi se entrando il banco non è assortito: chiedete con un sorriso e velocemente verrete accontentati. Rufino è la mia pizzeria e resterà sempre nel mio cuore. Ne ho 33 e ora ci sono il figlio Luciano e il nipote simone che sono grandissimi! Cortesia e cordialità sono di casa. Il loro impasto è leggerissimo e la qualità alta. Tradizione e amore in quello che fanno consigliato a vita! I started with the legendary Rufino when I tried their pizza for the first time at the age of 5.
