★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza buonissima e supplì meravigliosi, con particolare nota per il supplì alla genovese. Cura particolare per gli ingredienti, sia le pizze più elaborate che le più semplici danno piacere e soddisfazione. Ogni volta che ci vado sempre meglio.
Delicious pizza and wonderful supplì, with particular note for the Genoese supplì. Particular care for the ingredients, both the most elaborate and the simplest pizzas give pleasure and satisfaction. Each time I go there it gets better and better.

The pizza by the slice is wonderful, the ingredients of first choice and the preparation combines professionalism and passion. But the spearhead are the double breaded supplì: crazy!

Per creare una pizza così, dietro c’è dello studio! Per forza: ingredienti selezionati da produttori locali e non presi dalla grande distribuzione (vedi azienda Poggi e olio Flaminio), impasto perfetto (24h lievitazione, 85-90% idratazione e maturazione in frigo). Risultato una pizza super leggera e digeribile. Topping pazzeschi! I supplì sono super croccanti. Quelli classici hanno un ragù impeccabile e quello cacio&pepe un ripieno cremoso di crema di pecorino e sentore di lime da leccarsi i baffi. Tanta passione per questa coppia che si merita il massimo della stima! Prezzi anche bassi rispetto alla media e all’offerta

To create a pizza like this, there is a studio behind it! Of course: ingredients selected from local producers and not taken from large retailers (see Poggi company and Flaminio oil), perfect dough (24h leavening, 85-90% hydration and maturation in the fridge). The result is a super light and digestible pizza. Crazy toppings! The supplì are super crunchy. The classic ones have an impeccable ragù and the cacio & pepe one has a creamy filling of pecorino cream and a mouth-watering hint of lime. So much passion for this couple that deserves the highest esteem! Prices also low compared to the average and to the offer
