Sono entrato in questo negozio attirato dalla vetrina e da alcuni capi interessanti che decido di provare. In camerino, mi accorgo che i vestiti che avevo scelto, nello specifico un dolcevita blu e un giubbotto nero, presentavano dei piccoli difetti nelle cuciture. Nonostante ciò decido di prendere un altro dolcevita blu (apparentemente privo di imperfezioni) e di acquistarlo. Arrivato a casa, però, noto che il commesso si era dimenticato di togliere l'antitaccheggio al capo. Pur di evitare di non poter utilizzare il dolcevita, decido di tornare in negozio per farlo togliere. Inutile dire che è stata una totale perdita di tempo e di soldi; il commesso, dopo aver tolto l'antitaccheggio, si è rifiutato di cambiare il mio capo, che si era bucato, accusando addirittura me del danno. Si è rifiutato altresì di chiamare il responsabile che a suo dire doveva acconsentire al cambio del prodotto, perché lui stesso non aveva tale responsabilità. Non metterò più piede lì dentro, personale non qualificato, approssimativo e disinteressato al lavoro, da aggiungere, in ultimo ma non per importanza, alla qualità scadente dei capi in vendita.

I entered this shop attracted by the window and some interesting items that I decide to try. In the dressing room, I realized that the clothes I had chosen, specifically a blue turtleneck and a black jacket, showed small defects in the seams. Despite this I decide to take another blue turtleneck (apparently without imperfections) and buy it. Arrived at home, however, I notice that the clerk had forgotten to remove the anti-shoplifting to the head. To avoid not being able to use the turtleneck, I decide to go back to the store to have it removed. Needless to say, it was a total waste of time and money; the clerk, after having removed the anti-shoplifter, refused to change my boss, who had broken, even accusing me of the damage. He also refused to call the manager who, in his opinion, had to consent to the change of product, because he himself had no such responsibility. I will not go in there again, unqualified, approximate and disinterested staff at work, to be added, last but not least, to the poor quality of the items on sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio di abbigliamento maschile che si trova all'interno del centro commerciale Conca d'Oro di Palermo. Vende articoli abbastanza scadenti a prezzi sproporzionati rispetto alla qualità. Non entrerò mai più in questo negozio. E devo dire pure i commessi sono scortesi e disinteressati a vendere quasi come se ti facessero un piacere. Mai più.
Men's clothing store located inside the Conca d'Oro shopping center in Palermo. It sells fairly substandard items at prices disproportionate to the quality. I will never go into this shop again. And I must also say the shop assistants are rude and disinterested in selling almost as if they did you a favor. Never again.
