Inoltre, nel preliminare la percentuale dell'agenzia era di circa il 3% mentre successivamente mi è stato chiesto un 4% e alla mia richiesta di ricevere il preliminare, di cui non mi è mai stata data copia, non ho mai avuto risposta.
