Bravi a trovare una soluzione non troppo invasiva con la canalina, se non si ha la predisposizione per l'impianto di condizionamento.
Molto attenti anche alla pulizia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da poco montato.Provato x riscaldare(perfetto).Solo per il montaggio :il buco esterno installazione spalla a spalla non è stato chiuso (x dimenticanza),la canalina di un metro e mezzo che va alla corrente era completamente sporcata(niente di che...) Attacco scarico condensa motore esterno ballerino ,perde nonostante pendenza al100% cioé mi scarica in un secchio x mia scelta(ho detto che mettevo io silicone se si ripeteva perché hanno messo acqua nello split e sul momento era cessata la perdita mettendo il tubo di scarico completamente verticale)Per fori cemento armato supporti motore esterno preso 2 volte il ferro(ma nel 2021 non esiste un rilevatore elettronico?).Per il resto tutto regolare 2 ore di lavoro in 3 persone.Comodo solo 2h x noi clienti...Sconto in fattura giudicato da me fittizio,ma poi ricontattato dal rappresentante dispiaciuto della recensione scorretta mi ha spiegato dettagliatamente voci non da me capite in fattura (inviatami già prima con mail)con leggi cambiate recentemente che comportano spese ulteriori x la Ditta.Per fittizio( spiegandomi male) intendevo più che altro che comprandocondizionatore HR 35 in Internet e farlo montare da un valido istallatore spendi poco di piu senza sconto in fattura, ma non hai la assistenza di Emilia Impianti che dalle recensioni sembra cosī interessante(secondo me non conviene).Questa é una correzione ad una precedente mia recensione riguardante una mia presunta valutazione fittizia sconto in fattura.Atto dovuto.......Cosa x me importante ė la consulenza prima dell istallazione:il consiglio di posizionare lo split nel punto giusto é fondamentale.Altri istallatori lo avrebbero messo dove era il vecchio split.Errato.Ora l'aria arriva in 2 ambienti invece che 1. senza prolungamenti e inestetismi.Attenti a istallatori che dicono cose tipo saldare i collegamenti.Si sente di tutto...

Condensate drain connection for external dancer motor, it leaks despite a 100% slope, that is, it dumps me into a bucket for my choice (I said that I put silicone if it was repeated because they put water in the split and at the moment the leak was stopped by putting the exhaust pipe completely vertical) For reinforced concrete holes external motor supports taken twice the iron (but in 2021 there is no electronic detector?) For the rest, everything is regular 2 hours of work in 3 people. Convenient only 2h for us customers. ..Discount on the invoice judged by me to be fictitious, but then contacted by the representative sorry for the incorrect review, he explained to me in detail items not understood by me on the invoice (sent to me before by email) with laws changed rece ntemente that involve additional expenses for the Company.For fictitious (explaining myself wrongly) I meant more than anything else than buying the HR 35 air conditioner on the Internet and having it fitted by a valid installer you spend a little more without a discount on the invoice, but you do not have the assistance of Emilia Impianti who from the reviews it seems so interesting (in my opinion it is not convenient). This is a correction to a previous review of mine regarding my presumed fictitious evaluation discount on the invoice. Act due ....... What is important for me is the advice before installation : the advice to position the split in the right place is fundamental. Other installers would have put it where the old split was. Wrong. I haven't tested the system on a continuous basis yet, but I can say that up to now they have proved extremely professional and respectful. I have a wooden floor and I was extremely worried but I must say they behaved well. Recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima di affidarmi ad un professionista per la sostituzione del mio vecchio impianto di condizionamento ho letto decine e decine di recensioni e mi sono affidata ad Emilia Impianti.
Per non ripetermi mi limito a condividere pienamente ogni minima recensione positiva che ho letto su di loro nelle recensioni prima della mia, per quel che riguarda prezzo, qualità dei macchinari, professionalità, serietà ed accuratezza dei lavori, pulizia.
La maggior nota di merito credo sia stata, nel mio caso, la completa affidabilità nel rispetto del preventivo. NESSUNA sorpresa nonostante una difficoltà, non poco rilevante, incontrata durante i lavori.
Quando si compiono opere in appartamento, la pulizia ed il rispetto per la casa non è così scontato, nel loro caso posso tranquillamente dire che casa mia era meno pulita prima del loro arrivo!

Before relying on a professional to replace my old air conditioning system, I read dozens and dozens of reviews and I relied on Emilia Impianti.
In order not to repeat myself, I limit myself to fully sharing every minimum positive review I read about them in the reviews before mine, as regards price, quality of the machinery, professionalism, seriousness and accuracy of the work, cleanliness.
In my case, I believe that the greatest note of merit was the complete reliability in respect of the estimate. NO surprises despite a not insignificant difficulty encountered during the works.
When works are carried out in the apartment, cleaning and respect for the house is not so obvious, in their case I can safely say that my house was less clean before their arrival!
Good guys!!
I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO THOSE WHO DO NOT KNOW WHO TO CHOOSE FOR THEIR AIR CONDITIONERS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semplicemente fantastici iniziando da Gaetano che ti illustra tutto alla perfezione consigliandoti in maniera ottimale, e lo puoi chiamare a qualsiasi orario ti risponde sempre e cosa non da poco il preventivo è immediato Gli installatori ,da me sono venuti Matteo Luigi Roberto e Paolo , sono bravissimi e tecnicamente molto preparati in più avranno fatto un corso di pulizia della casa perché lasciano più pulito di quando arrivano a montare i condizionatori.
Per la parte burocratica si vedono tutto loro e qualsiasi problema c'è la sig. Elena che se ne occupa .
I prezzi sono molto concorrenziali e Mitsubishi Electric è una garanzia.
Sono da consigliare a scatola chiusa..... perfetti.
Sono rimasto veramente contento del lavoro e della qualità dei condizionatori.

Simply fantastic starting with Gaetano who shows you everything perfectly, advising you in an optimal way, and you can call him at any time he always answers you and what's more, the quote is immediate The installers, Matteo Luigi Roberto and Paolo came to me, they are very good and technically very prepared plus they will have done a house cleaning course because they leave it cleaner than when they get to install the air conditioners.
For the bureaucratic part you see all of them and any problem is Mrs. Elena who takes care of it.
Prices are very competitive and Mitsubishi Electric is a guarantee.
They are to be recommended unopened ..... perfect.
I was really happy with the work and the quality of the air conditioners.
