★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inqualificabili. Mai venuti per la riparazione, due mesi e mezzo che aspetto per una lavatrice in garanzia, e loro sono gli unici autorizzati dall'azienda produttrice.
Unspeakable. Never come for repair, two and a half months I wait for a washing machine under warranty, and they are the only ones authorized by the manufacturer.

che compro da questi una caldaia costruita nel 2000 a 1500€
a prezzo pieno come se fosse stata appena costruita
poi ha avuto un problema un anno fa e non son ancora venuti e non rispondono al telefono
pessimi !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lo sconsiglio

Ho avuto un problema sulla caldaia (perdeva acqua di continuo) li ho chiamati con urgenza e sono intervenuti in poche ore risolvendomi il problema ora la caldaia è perfettamente funzionante hanno svolto il loro lavoro impeccabilmente.
Devo dire in oltre che sono stati molto cordiali e professionali.
THE ADVICE!
I had a problem on the boiler (it was leaking water continuously) I called them urgently and they intervened in a few hours solving the problem now the boiler is in perfect working order they did their job flawlessly.
I must also say that they were very friendly and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La caldaia non funzionava, chiamo assistenza da questa ditta e dopo avermi disdetto un'appuntamento finalmente dopo due giorni vengono. Dicono che bisogna cambiare scheda e schedina con preventivo da 500 euro in su. Ordinano pezzo per poi tornare.pago 100 euro di chiamata, il giorno dopo viene idraulico per guardare tubo in cucina e per curiosità da un'occhiata alla caldaia, sposta un fusibile e....la caldaia parte. Ora non vogliono restituire i 100 euro pagati,mi hanno urlato e aggredito per telefono .se non fosse venuto idraulico(che non è un tecnico) avrei pagato tanto per sostituire un pezzo che non era da cambiare. Mi sembra una scena già documentata dalle Iene. Fate attenzione!!!!!!

I pay 100 euros for the call, the next day it is plumbing to look at the pipe in the kitchen and out of curiosity, I glance at the boiler, it moves a fuse and .... the boiler starts. Now they don't want to pay back the 100 euros they paid, they yelled at me and attacked me by phone. If he wasn't a plumber (who isn't a technician) I would have paid so much to replace a piece that wasn't to be changed. It seems to me a scene already documented by the hyenas. Be careful!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inaffidabili, scortesi, probabilmente anche incompetenti (o quantomeno disorganizzati). A due mesi dalla rottura della lavastoviglie ho fatto sapere ad Estendo (che, incredibilmente, dà a questi signori in gestione le assistenze tecniche sulle estensioni di garanzie dei prodotti Bosch) che mi sarei comprato un'altra lavastoviglie e che avrei fatto loro causa, non avendo nessuna notizia da oltre un mese dalla All Service, malgrado almeno 20 tentativi di contatto. La mia lavastoviglie vecchia è rimasta da questi signori mentre Estendo, valutato il disservizio da me subito, mi ha giustamente fornito un buono spesa da 272 €. State alla larga!
Unreliable, rude, probably even incompetent (or at least disorganized). Two months after the dishwasher broke, I let Estendo know (that, incredibly, it gives these gentlemen in management technical assistance on the extensions of the guarantees of Bosch products) that I would buy another dishwasher and that I would sue them, not having no news for over a month from the All Service, despite at least 20 contact attempts. My old dishwasher remained with these gentlemen while Estendo, having assessed the disservice I immediately suffered, rightly provided me with a shopping voucher of € 272. Stay away!
