Chiami, solleciti, chiedi riscontro, promettono di farti sapere quanto prima ma NESSUNO si fa vivo. Quando si richiede un intervento dicono di prendere in carico la chiamata ma poi nulla, attendi invano e nessuno si presenta lasciandoti in una situazione di disservizio inaccettabile. Riassunto: NON HANNO VOGLIA DI LAVORARE! Ci sono tante altre aziende che offrono servizi di eccellenza, pronto intervento e soprattutto non si danno di nebbia quando un cliente chiama e quasi implora il loro intervento e preventivo. Purtroppo bisogna per forza mettere una stella, ma avrei preferito mettere ZERO! Request a quote, inspected, after 9 months a proposal has not yet arrived. Non hanno il servizio di pronto intervento così se fanno qualche cazzata bisogna aspetta un intero fine settimana… Chiamo lunedì mattina e mi dicono che il primo tecnico che si libera me lo mandano passano tre ore e nessuno si vede richiamo insistendo di avere la priorità e che la mia richiesta passi avanti tutte le altre…Dopo circa 20 minuti arriva finalmente il tecnico che ci fa la diagnosi il tecnico è venuto venerdì per fare la pulizia della caldaia, Si era dimenticato di aprire i rubinetti…Non è giunta dall’amministrazione nessuna chiamata nessuna mail di scuse per il disagio causato … servizio di gestione del cliente veramente pessimo!!!
