Dopodiché 0 risposte, finché non contattiamo l’agente che ci ha “seguiti” Debora tramite whatsapp, dopo dei visualizzati senza risposta, ci risponde che dovevamo fornirle altra documentazione, per precisare IL BILANCIO PROVVISORIO 2019, che, fatto dal commercialista del garante, abbiamo inviato. L’agente risponde con “non ho parole!”, in quanto il bilancino non era registrato presso l’agenzia delle entrate. Il commercialista contatta l’agente per delucidazioni, visto che il reddito 2019 non può essere registrato presso l’agenzia delle entrare, in quanto l’anno non è finito, e l’agente ha un vuoto di memoria, non ha idea di chi siamo. Posso capire la mole di lavoro che potrebbe avere un singolo agente, ma se ci chiede i documenti, almeno nome e cognome + appartamento di riferimento su un post it te lo scrivi, no? Abbiamo rinviato tutta la documentazione per evitare altri fraintendimenti, con tanto di “ha ricevuto l’email?” su whatsapp, è da 2 giorni che ha visualizzato e non ha più risposto. Mi sono dimenticata di scrivere che la consulente che ci ha fatto il contratto ci ha presi pure in giro perché prima dovevamo pagare 300 euro ciascuno poi quando siamo andati a prendere il contratto il prezzo era di 439 ciascuno per l'iva e per la chiusura contratto, onestamente se io fossi stata la proprietaria dell'agenzia avrei tolto i soldi alla consulente dato che è stato errore suo a non dirci come stavano le cose. S	Sole Gonzalez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima recensione 16/01/2021 Pessima agenzia direi la peggiore, per fare la proposta di affitto ci vuole un canone della locazione quando poi mi e' stata restituita tutto rigorosamente senza fattura la signorina in questione che se a qualcuno interessa faro' anche il nome, si è tenuta 50 euro perchè lei ed anche nelle sue carte nessuna voce mi chiedeva se avessi animali domestici, secondo la signorina sarei dovuta essere io ad informarla nonostante io faccia tutt'altro nella vita. Penso che mi abbia fatto pagare una sua mancanza e tutto rigorosamente non fatturato. Aggiungo ad oggi 28/03/2021 che abbiamo pagato una quota di 20 euro d'iscrizione per avere segnalazioni di appartamenti che facessero a caso nostro ma dopo che ci hanno preso 70 euro in totale nessuno gli ha più sentiti. Bel modo di guadagnarsi lo stipendio!
