Mi interessava un appartamento in affitto un trilocale con cortile (da 450 euro al mese in strada del cimitero). Dopo un primo contatto avvenuto la settimana scorsa, non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta ad una email inviata in data 15 set. in cui chiedevo informazioni sul riscaldamento e se fosse stato possibile cambiare l'arredamento a mie spese. Non ricevendo risposta ho richiamato oggi 20 sett. sul suo cellulare, visto che il telefono fisso è sempre occupato (secondo me fuori posto). Mi ha chiesto 5 minuti per aver tempo di ritrovare la mail, e di fatti 5 minuti dopo mi ricontatta. Inizia leggendo la mia mail e durante la conversazione afferma: "signor Giovanditti lei sta chiedendo di un appartamento da 450€/mese, non è che può pretendere..." rispondendo alla domanda di che tipo di riscaldamento a pompa si trattasse, e con tono molto ironico quasi io fossi uno stupido a chiedere "...no l'arredamento è quello non è che può cambiarlo a suo piacimento, dove mette la roba il proprietario?" alla domanda se potevo cambiare l'arredamento a mie spese. Secondo me le persone non vogliono più lavorare, mi dispiace anche per i proprietari degli appartamenti che gli affidano le pratiche... Signor Pelloni was very rude on the phone. Receiving no response, I called back 20 weeks today. on his cell phone, since the landline is always busy (in my opinion out of place). He asked me 5 minutes to have time to find the email, and in fact 5 minutes later he contacted me again. He starts by reading my e-mail and during the conversation he says: "Mister Giovanditti you are asking for an apartment of 450 € / month, it's not that you can expect ..." answering the question of what type of pump heating it was, and with very ironic tone as if I were a fool to ask "... no the furniture is not the one that can change it at will, where does the owner put the stuff?" when asked if I could change the furniture at my expense. In my opinion people no longer want to work, I am also sorry for the owners of the apartments who entrust them with the paperwork ...
