Sia lui che i colleghi mi hanno dato fin da subito risposte cordiali e veloci, dimostrando interesse per la mia ricerca (cosa non scontata, soprattutto per chi guarda agli affitti). Mi sono sentito ascoltato, seguito, mi hanno sempre dato piena disponibilità e hanno portato avanti la ricerca con serietà e coinvolgimento. Quando una soluzione di mio gradimento si rivelava non più disponibile mi hanno fornito valide alternative e, alla fine, sono riuscito a trovare la casetta adatta a me. Consigliati! Enrico is a friend beyond the agency-client relationship but this is not the reason why I gave it 5 stars. Both he and his colleagues immediately gave me cordial and quick answers, showing interest in my research (something not taken for granted, especially for those who look at rents). I felt listened to, followed, they always gave me full availability and carried out the research with seriousness and involvement. When a solution of my liking was no longer available, they provided me with valid alternatives and, in the end, I was able to find the house suitable for me. Recommended!

Nonostante per qualcuno (essendo il mio primo affitto) sarei probabilmente risultato "pressante" per le svariate domande/richieste fatte, ho sempre ricevuto risposte dettagliate il lassi brevissimi di tempo e in modo molto gentile.. Consiglio vivamente l'agenzia 5 stelle più che meritate ? Immediacy, availability and kindness. I rented an apartment a few months ago and I had contact only with Enrica ... Although for someone (being my first rent) I would probably have been "pressing" for the various questions / requests made, I have always received detailed answers in the lassi very short of time and in a very kind way .. Sono stati di aiuto nella visione dell'appartamento e nello svolgimento di tutte le pratiche necessarie per l'inizio del contratto di affitto. Li consiglio caldamente! I met Enrico and Elena a year ago when I was looking for a house in Modena. Enrico carried out the whole procedure and followed me in the vision of all the various apartments. I found someone helpful and very kind. They were helpful in viewing the apartment and in carrying out all the necessary paperwork for the start of the rental contract. I highly recommend them!
