Aspetto un pacco da un mese, non rispondono mai al telefono, mandano finte mail di consegna ormai ne ho collezionate una ventina ma di loro nessuna traccia. Ormai ho perso la speranza. Just because zero stars cannot be given. Bad and incompetent. I have been waiting for a package for a month, they never answer the phone, they send fake delivery emails, I have collected about twenty of them but no trace of them. By now I have lost hope.

Pacco in attesa da 5 giorni di esser consegnato...dicono che son passati ma è una balla vera e propria e non si è visto mai nessuno...al telefono non rispondono...dico ma..i responsabili di filiale...e/o peggio ancora quelli della sede centrale non si vergognano? Dovrò andare io a Modugno a chiedere a sti truffatori. Dicono che lo "appiccicano" l'avviso ma per favore ma inventatevele meglio le scuse che da come parlate siete proprio dei grezzi. Nessuno risponde al telefono, attendiamo il corriere che a sto punto mi viene da pensare verrà quando deciderà lui, non quando prenotato da noi. Mi meraviglio che SpedireComodo si affidi ad un corriere del genere così inefficiente, perdendo anche lei di affidabilità visto che il nostro pacco, pur prenotato e pagato profumatamente con giorni di anticipo è ancora a casa nostra. Questo con la stessa azienda ma spedizioni da Roma non mi succede, quindi fa schifo proprio la gestione di Bari.Ho dato una stella solo perchè non c'era la possibilità di darne zero!
