Mi ha spiegato che devono essere veloci ed arrivare al dunque ma questo non è sicuramente il modo di parlare con i clienti. Ho richiamato subito dopo e ho trovato un'altra donna che mi ha parlato velocemente ma mi ha lasciato fare le mie domande e la telefonata (chissà come mai...) è durata pure di meno. Se fossi in TNT controllerei le persone che lavorano al call center. L'educazione prima di tutto.... Il mittente ha dimenticato di indicare il numero civico della consegna, chiamare il destinatario per sincerarsi della cosa e consegnare? Ma noooo. Se non che chiedo la consegna al tnt point della mia città. Il giorno 30 mi chiama il corriere dicendomi che il pacco era stato consegnato. Mi recò finalmente al tnt poin e udite udite c'era la bolla del mio pacco con il pacco di un'altra persona. Contattato il corriere per capire la situazione, il responsabile di zona. Mi viene detto che il pacco è fermo alla sede di modugno e che se volessi ritirarlo sarei dovuta andare li di persona. Ovviamente non ci sono andata perché mi sarebbe costato 20 euro di benzina. Mi aspettavo la consegna il 2 gennaio, primo giorno lavorativo utile, ma niente. Chiamo il call center tnt Italia Ed invio il primo sollecito, consegneranno il pacco il giorno 3?Ma nooo. Richiamo il call center ed apro un modulo di reclamo perché in tutta questa situazione il mio pacco risulta consegnato al tnt poin richiesto. Ora mi hanno detto che il pacco mi sarà consegnato il giorno 7. Onestamente sono rimasta estremamente delusa dalla tnt di modugno. Indirizzo scritto chiaro e limpido, chiesto di chiamarmi sul cellulare se c'erano dei problemi o l'indirizzo non era chiaro ma niente. Fate schifo. P	Pierpaolo Seminara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siete il peggio del peggio, i corrieri non consegnano nei tempi stabiliti e se mai fosse in tempo inserite la voce "indirizzo non trovato" e non consegnate, non esiste la cortesia e nemmeno il servizio clienti, lavoro con tantissimi corrieri e compagnie ma quello che accade con voi è surreale e vergognoso. You are the worst of the worst, the couriers do not deliver on time and if ever it was on time enter the "address not found" and do not deliver, there is no courtesy and no customer service, I work with many couriers and companies but what happens with you is surreal and shameful.
