Abbiamo atteso il pacco il giorno 13 agosto, il pomeriggio tardi non vedendo arrivare il pacco abbiamo telefonato e ci hanno spostato la consegna a martedì 18. Martedì abbiamo provato a chiamare più volte e alla fine hanno risposto dicendo che avrebbero consegnato il giorno seguente. Il giorno dopo 19 agosto nuovamente spariti, dopo innumerevoli telefonate e dopo un “perché chiama con insistenza” ci hanno detto che avrebbero consegnato la mattina seguente. Continuavano a darci buca, mentre noi non potevamo lavorare a causa loro! Il giorno seguente, la ciliegina sulla torta, chiamiamo e ci dicono che avrebbero consegnato a momenti, finché non ci chiama il corriere e inizia a pretendere, con modi del tutto scortesi, una descrizione precisa della strada (minacciando in caso contrario di riportare il pacco indietro). Alla fine siamo andati noi a prendere il pacco al paese vicino al nostro, e ci siamo sentiti dire parole dietro del tipo “sono solo 8 secchi” (a fronte dei 140kg di merce). Un’esperienza indicibile. They kept beating us up, while we couldn't work because of them! The following day, the icing on the cake, we call and they tell us that they would deliver in moments, until the courier calls us and starts demanding, with completely rude ways, a precise description of the road (otherwise threatening to bring the package back back). In the end we went to pick up the package from the village near ours, and we heard words behind it like “there are only 8 buckets” (compared to 140kg of goods). An unspeakable experience.

Stranamente, il 12 metri di Iperceramica tre giorni dopo ci è passato egregiamente. Secondo ordine, devo riceverlo ieri entro le dodici, silenzio assoluto. Quando vengono chieste delucidazioni, il signor Gianfranco risponde:"STIAMO CHIEDENDO IN FILIALE MA HANNO GLI UFFICI CHIUSI." Corriere imbarazzante, vergognoso, incapace e incompetente. Inoltre comunicano in sede che non ero in casa per la consegna, cosa non vera, considerando che ero rimasta a casa dal lavoro appositamente. Una vergogna, mai più! If possible I would give zero stars. Rude and lying staff. The transporters do not show up on the established date, do not call and do not notify. Ha detto che non c'era altro che una firma. Ero confuso. Ho detto che dovevo chiamare per chiedere. Se ne andò direttamente. Dopo che il manager lo raggiunse, lasciò cadere i bancali sul marciapiede e se ne andò. Giuro, tutto questo è durato meno di 5 minuti.
