Da ultimo vorrei segnalare che, contrariamente ad altri e-shop, quando telefoni all'assistenza clienti ti rispondono in meno di 10 sec -- e non dopo 10 tentativi come succede con altri. Sempre gentili e disponibili, vi ringrazio. Great store. In my case, they took on a problem that was not ascribable to them but only to the producer and they managed to accomplish well what was not done by the producer himself. Lastly, I would like to point out that, unlike other e-shops, when you call customer service they answer you in less than 10 sec - and not after 10 attempts as happens with others. Scusate ma la garanzia non dovrebbe garantire un prodotto per 2 anni? Per demshop anche solo pochi giorni sono sufficienti per lavarsene le mani. Sconsiglio. Ho letto la Vostra risposta, e confermo che ve ne siete lavati le mani. Proporre la sostituzione della parte rotta pagandola a prezzo di costo Le sembra andare incontro al cliente . Resta il fatto che un prodotto che si rompe dopo 2 giorni rimane un prodotto difettoso, anche considerando che andava a sostituire lo stesso copriwater durato 13 anni. Scrivere recensioni ovunque ??? 2 recensioni dove si spiega quello che è successo non mi sembra un delitto. E tornando a quello che ha scritto, lo pneumatico si fora per qualcosa di esterno che lo danneggia, il copri water si è crepato per un difetto di fabbricazione senza aver subito nessun urto. Avete deciso di non sostituire il prodotto difettoso, almeno prendetevene la responsabilità e accettate una, anzi due recensioni negative. You have decided not to replace the defective product, at least take responsibility for it and accept one, or rather two negative reviews.
