★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cosa faccio? aspetto un pacco che doveva essere già arrivato da 4 giorni e ogni giorno alle 6 di mattina sul sito del tracking mi dice “mancata consegna per destinatario assente”, ho provato a farlo svincolare ma niente tutto uguale. Provo a chiamare il numero ma non rispondono mai, è impossibile contattarli. Non so come comportarmi anche perché è stato già pagato e non so che fare.
 what I do? I am waiting for a package that must have already arrived for 4 days and every day at 6 in the morning on the tracking site it tells me "non-delivery due to absent recipient", I tried to get it released but nothing all the same. I try to call the number but they never answer, it is impossible to contact them. I don't know how to behave also because it has already been paid and I don't know what to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se avessi potuto mettere meno di una stella lo avrei fatto volentieri!!! Servizio inesistente!!! Dopo 7 giorni che ho tentato diverse volte di contattarli anche alla loro sede Nazionale non sono riuscito a farmi recapitare la merce a destinazione in quanto sono dei fantasmi, nonostante abbia fornito il mio contatto telefonico e indirizzo corretto ma purtroppo ad sda (secondo il tracking); risultava stavolta come indirizzo errato ma mi consegnano da sempre allo stesso indirizzo.
Non si son degnati di contattare nè me tantomeno il mittente non riuscendo a contattarli per capire quale fosse il problema.
Dopo anni di collaborazioni Sconsiglio vivamente questa ditta di spedizioni
If I could have put less than one star I would have gladly done it !!! Non-existent service !!! After 7 days that I tried several times to contact them also at their National headquarters I was unable to get the goods to be delivered to their destination as they are ghosts, despite having provided my telephone contact and correct address but unfortunately ad sda (according to the tracking) ; this time it was the wrong address but they always deliver me to the same address.
They did not deign to contact me, let alone the sender, failing to contact them to understand what the problem was.
After years of collaborations I strongly advise against this shipping company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falsi gentili perché alla mia domanda per quale motivo non avessero consegnato un pacco da me atteso e in deposito da ben 4 giorni non hanno risposto, eludendo per ben tre volte la mia domanda. Sul traking dicono che non hanno consegnato perché , secondo loro l'indirizzo era sbagliato, ma avevano anche il mio telefono. Non rispondono al telefono e tantomeno ad una mail. Pessimo servizio. Pacco consegnato aperto.
False politicians because to my question why they hadn't delivered a package I had been waiting for and in storage for 4 days they did not respond, eluding my question three times. On traking they say they didn't deliver because, according to them, the address was wrong, but they also had my phone. They don't answer the phone, let alone an email. Bad service. Parcel delivered open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They get 1 Star only because nothing less is possible. Tracking an international package that was paid extra to be delivered within 8 days. This company has had it more than 8 days themselves. They came the first day it arrived in the country. I was not aware the import fees would be so much and didn’t have enough cash in me. They did not accept a card. He was visible annoyed that I wasted his time. Said he would be back. Continued to track the package and for a week kept saying it was refused by receiver being sent back to sender saying their delivery attempts were made at ridiculous times like 6am . Continued to call and call yet was never able to get a hold of anyone. Finally was able to set up a delivery on a certain day as I had stayed home for a week waiting for them yet they never returned. Thinking they would come on the day that was scheduled I received a message from them saying they tried to deliver the package the first time I left the house in a week. Currently sitting here waiting on the day they said it was to be delivered. Already the tracking number said there was a delivery attempt at 7am on this day. The continue to enter delivery attempts at times they are not even open for business. The delivery men have terrible attitudes like I am causing them the biggest problem in the world for having a package sent to me and they have to deliver it, and they lie on their tracking and it is impossible to talk to anyone at their service to get answers. The package was delivered to them from over seas in 7 days they have had the package now going on 10 days to deliver it 20km. If at all possible take your business elsewhere.
