★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il peggior corriere con cui avere a che fare, servizio clienti inesistente. Logistica pessima e portale online non funzionante. Tanto vale andarsi a prendere il pacco a piedi in Cina.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma come si fa a parlarvi al telefono? Oltre mezz'ora al telefono con la musichetta oppure occupato. Orario di apertura alle 9,00 e di chiusura alle 18,30...come fa una povera crista che lavora fuori Bari a sapere se avete il pacco non consegnato a casa e a passare per un pacco?
But how do you talk to you on the phone? Over half an hour on the phone with music or busy. Opening hours at 9.00 and closing at 18.30 ... how does a poor crista who works outside Bari know if you have the parcel not delivered at home and go for a parcel?

tra consegne non effettuate e dichiarate come fatte mancate consegne per destinatario assente quando gli assenti sono loro customer service e che ve lo dico a fare non sanno cosa sia !!! il tel messo fuori posto la mattina e rimesso al posto quando chiudono con annessa canzoncina......se non ci fosse lo stato dietro a questi inetti avrebbero chiuso da anni BRT e altri alla pari sono altro mondo

Dai vari numeri verdi.. nessun aiuto.
Evitate di spedire con poste italiane ed SDA... È come buttare la merce nella spazzatura .. roba da servizio delle Jene.
