Vado per cambiare la vecchia offerta,avevo offerta+ telefono.
Mi aveva assicurato che non avrei più pagato nulla del vecchio, peccato che stia pagando ancora le rate del telefono vecchio (cosa che chi fa questo lavoro,sa benissimo che guardando dal PC puoi vedere se hai ancora da pagare o meno,parola di una dipendente Wind).
Non si è preso la sua responsabilità dell'errore, sicuramente non ci metterò più piede se non per quando mi arriveranno le penali che sicuramente farò pagare a lui.
