Il mio caro computer era passato, in un giorno di giugno 2017, a miglior vita e non lo avevo aggiustato perché in giro mi dicevano che costava troppo e nessuno si voleva mettere di impegno sul mio computer perché vecchio... Con professionalità e prezzi appetibili adesso il mio vecchio amico è ritornato in gara. Bravi!
 They did "resurrect the dead" ... My dear computer had passed away, in a day of June 2017, to a better life and I hadn't fixed it because they told me around that it was too expensive and nobody wanted to put effort on my computer because old ... With professionalism and attractive prices now my old friend is back in the race. Bravi!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Riparato con successo, negli ultimi anni, due macbook pro ed un vaio, con rapidità e grande onestà. Per riparare uno dei due mac in apple mi avevano chiesto 8 volte di più con tempri lunghi il quadruplo. Non manco mai di consigliare questi ragazzi ad amici che hanno necessità.
Repaired successfully, in recent years, two macbook pro and a vaio, quickly and with great honesty. To repair one of the two macs in apple they had asked me 8 times more with quadruple long times. I never fail to recommend these guys to friends in need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rapporto con clienti e pessimo, personale non capisce proprio niente di quello che deve fare o consigliare qualche pezzo di ricambio. Se a voi serve comprare soltanto un pezzo di ricambio vi consiglio andare a guerra computer
Relationship with customers and very bad, staff does not understand anything of what to do or recommend some spare parts. If you only need to buy a spare part, I recommend going to computer war

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il servizio è ottimo, ho avuto dei problemi con il connettore interno del PC e in meno di 24 ore mi hanno risolto il problema. Il prezzo è giusto e lo staff è disponibile e cordiale.
Lo consiglio a tutti!!!
The service is great, I had problems with the internal connector of the PC and in less than 24 hours they solved the problem. The price is right and the staff are helpful and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto scortese e per niente disponibile. I tempi di attesa sono stati eccessivi e successivamente si è anche scoperto che il lavoro non era stato eseguito . (40 € per cambiare l'account dell'amministratore). Quando ho chiamato per chiedere del perché non ci fossero modifiche sul mio pc mi è stato riferito:
1- è possibile che lei cliente , mentre usava il computer ha modificato l'amministratore ( PS se fossi dotata di tale capacità non mi sarei dovuta rivolgere ad un " tecnico "
2- porti il computer , facciamo il preventivo e poi noi lo controlliamo!!
Grazie ma per essere presa ulteriormente per i fondelli magari la scelta migliore è andare da un altro tecnico ed pagare per avere un lavoro eseguito .
SONO CLIENTE CON NOMINATIVO DI UN PARENTE , QUINDI NON HO SBAGLIATO NEGOZIO!!!
Very rude and unhelpful staff. The waiting times were excessive and it was later discovered that the work had not been done. (40 € to change the administrator account). When I called to ask why there were no changes on my pc I was told:
1- it is possible that your client, while using the computer, has changed the administrator (PS if I had this ability I would not have had to contact a "technician"
2- bring the computer, we make the quote and then we check it !!
Thanks but for being taken further for a ride maybe the best choice is to go to another technician and pay to have a job done.
I AM CUSTOMER WITH THE NAME OF A RELATIVE, SO I HAVE NOT WRONG SHOP !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per 5 minuti di lavoro al banco, senza nessuna spesa di materiale ho pagato 10 euro... Ma quanto ti fai pagare all'ora??? Carissimo!!!! Lo sconsiglio vivamente.
Faccio l'artigiano da 35 anni e chi viene da me è logico che non sappia fare il mio lavoro. Ci mancava pure che il lavoro non andasse bene!!!!!
For 5 minutes of work at the counter, without any material expenditure I paid 10 euros ... But how much do you get paid per hour ??? Very expensive!!!! I strongly advise against it.
I have been a craftsman for 35 years and it is logical that anyone who comes to me doesn't know how to do my job. We also missed that the work was not going well !!!!!
