Ho sempre verificato sui siti specializzati in perizie immobiliari le loro stime e non hanno mai tradito la mia fiducia. Mi hanno anche consigliato con generosità anche durante la valutazione di immobili propostimi da altre agenzie. Gente di parola come oramai se ne trova veramente poca. Credo che la mia casa fosse in vendita da quasi dieci anni, Silvestro in meno di uno ha risolto una situazione in stallo. Una volta trovato l’acquirente ha risolto alcune difficoltà burocratiche senza mai scomporsi. Che altro dire?
