Adalberto è una persona molto precisa, molto attenta ai particolari, molto veloce nello svolgere tutte le attività che riguardano il progetto del cliente. Rispetta le esigenze dell’acquirente e del venditore e segue in modo impeccabile ogni singolo passo necessario ad una vendita: preparazione della documentazione, servizio fotografico della struttura (foto e video rispecchiano la realtà e non promettono cio' che non esiste), valutazione dell'immobile, consigli e pratiche anche successive alla vendita. Valuta la struttura cercando di essere il piu’ obiettivo possibile. Questo fa si che l’immobile venga venduto in tempi brevi ed il prezzo soddisfi domanda ed offerta. Dedica il giusto tempo a delucidazioni, chiarimenti e richieste e rispetta le tempistiche definite. Poche volte in ambito immobiliare si trova professionalità ma l’Agenzia di Adalberto è davvero un esempio importante. Grazie ancora! It respects the needs of the buyer and the seller and impeccably follows every single step necessary for a sale: preparation of the documentation, photographic service of the structure (photos and videos reflect reality and do not promise what does not exist), evaluation of the property, advice and practices even after the sale. Evaluate the structure trying to be as objective as possible. This means that the property is sold quickly and the price satisfies supply and demand. Dedicate the right time to elucidations, clarifications and requests and respect the deadlines defined.
