Li ho pregati per due mesi di caricarmi i dati sul pc a cui ho fatto sostituire l'HD, spiegando che mi serviva per lavoro e all'estero (in questo momento scrivo dall'Egitto). Il giorno prima di partire mi sono ritrovato a copiarmi i dati principali dal mio backup personale e a scaricarmi almeno office per poter lavorare, ho perso programmi, personalizzazioni e tempo. La cosa che mi fa arrabbiare, per usare un termine gentile, non è il fatto che uno non sa fare o non riesce a fare le cose ma che ti dicano "tutto a posto vieni fra tre giorni" all'infinito. PROFESSIONALMENTE DEGLI ZERO ASSOLUTO If you have a serious problem, avoid them !!! Mancanza di professionalità❌ Avevo chiesto di riparte il cell. ma non era riparabile, mi hanno proposto un cell usato identico al mio, garantendomi della perfetta funzionalità. Ho accettato, ma dopo un’ora stessa mi sono accorto che era rotto peggio del mio. Riferisco del problema e della mia urgenza per lavoro, provano a risolvere il problema solo dopo 7,8 giorni, mettendo un altro pezzo di ricambio usato, e ancora più rovinato del precedente . Insomma pezzi di sostituzione rotti, a tal punto , al terzo tentativo, ho preferito acquistare un nuovo cellulare , anche perché per ripararlo nuovamente ho aspettato ancora oltre 10 giorni. ❌ Not recommended. Ho prenotato il pezzo dieci GG prima che arrivasse mio figlio, il giorno prima dell'arrivo mi chiamano x dirmi che il pezzo è arrivato, il giorno dopo poco prima che mio figlio portasse il telefono mi avvisano che il pezzo nn è più disponibile. Per niente seri ed affidabili,ora dobbiamo sperare nella buona sorte che il pezzo mi arrivi tramite un altro centro riparazione ovviamente pagandolo di più xchè oramai nn si trova il ricambio!
