★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentili ma NON competenti (almeno nel mio caso). HO però RISOLTO in tre minuti nel CENTRO wind3 di TALSANO. Il mio messaggio diceva chiaramente che Sim ed attivazione gratuiti, invece volevano che io pagassi questi Costi (10 + 6.99). E che questi messaggi sono specchietti per le allodole. Sbagliatissimo. E se anche avessi chiamato il. 159.ne avrebbero saputo meno di loro;
anche questo sbagliato. Il 159 era ben informato. Loro erano obbligati ad eseguire quanto diceva il messaggio in quanto direttiva WINDTre
 Kind but NOT competent (at least in my case). However, I SOLVED it in three minutes in the wind3 CENTER of TALSANO. My message clearly stated that Sim and activation are free, instead they wanted me to pay these costs (10 + 6.99). And that these messages are red herrings. Very wrong. What if I even called the. 159. they would have known less than them;

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le commesse educate disponibili ma molto limitate nelle decisioni la titolare maleducata arrogante piena di se presuntuosa ipocrita urla solamente e come lei non c è nessuno. Il problema che mi ha creato un suo dipendente non è stato in grado di risolverlo dopo che per più di un mese mi ha fatto tornare più volte in negozio. Andrò avanti legalmente nei confronti di wind tre oltre a cambiare gestore telefonico di tutte le utenze mie e dei componenti del mio nucleo familiare. Farò presente alla wind tre anche il comportamento che ha avuto la titolare nei miei confronti oltre a prendermi in giro facendomi tornare al negozio 7/8volte in un mese trovando scuse a finire che per telefono urlava contro mi faceva le domande e non mi faceva rispondere interrompendo i continuamente.

Ero stata nel negozio del centro commerciale Ipercoop chiedendo la stessa cosa perché abito lì vicino pregando di poterlo fare a pagamento ma si sono assolutamente rifiutate!
