Che dire, riparazione velocissima e perfetta nei minimi dettagli. Ho apprezzato molto la gentilezza della ragazza all'accettazione e la disponibilità e l'alta professionalità del tecnico. Lascio il tablet il 31 maggio con l'accordo che mi avrebbero richiamato entro un mese per comunicarmi il preventivo di spesa per la riparazione in quanto dovevano spedirlo direttamente in sede. Dopo un mese e mezzo, chiamo per avere notizie e mi dicono che arbitrariamente avevano deciso di non accettare il preventivo della MEDIACOM perchè "secondo loro" troppo costoso (forse era una scelta che avrei dovuto fare io) proponendomi una riparazione a 20 euro in meno circa. Fortunatamente il tablet è di mio figlio che lo usa solo per giocarci. Sono andato a ritirarlo per portarlo in un centro assistenza un po' più serio! NON CI TORNERO' MAI PIU'. Sapete tutti, che, le persone anziane hanno difficoltà a utilizzare un nuovo telefono, anche se ha piccole differenze rispetto al vecchio. Mi sono recato in via Umbria dove vado di solito. Il titolare mi ha detto che il telefono non era riparabile e, proposto subito un nuovo telefono, mostrando anche totale indifferenza, per il fatto che il problema riguardasse una persona di 90 anni. Ho deciso, quindi, di provare in via Cavallotti da New Cellular. Qui ho trovato grande cortesia e professionalità, non mi sono sentito trattare con aria di sufficienza e, soprattutto ho avuto anche il telefono riparato in pochissimo tempo. Morale della favola: c'è un cliente in più in via Cavallotti e uno in meno in via Umbria.. My review is worth double, because it concerns two exercises .. Il mio Samsung S7 che non si accendeva e stato riparato in tempi record e senza perderne il contenuto, ma soprattutto spendendo 60€ e offrendomi il preventivo gratuito. Prima di conoscere loro in un altro centro "senza nemmeno disassemblarlo" mi hanno detto di buttarlo perchè non conveniva la riparazione, quindi portarlo da loro è stata una sorpresa.
