Ho avuto problemi su 2 apparecchi tim e per più di 1 mese ho provato a risolvere con l'assistenza telefonica del 187, mandando inoltre mail e pec ma senza esito.
Un problema che sembrava irrisolvibile e risolto in 48 ore dal Sig. Gianpiero che, oltre ad avere una competenza esemplare, si è dimostrato essere molto serio, puntuale ed empatico.
Ormai per me sono diventati un punto di riferimento e sono contento di condividere la mia esperienza con i lettori di questa recensione.
I am absolutely satisfied with this sales / service center.
I had problems on 2 tim devices and for more than 1 month I tried to solve it with the telephone assistance of 187, also sending emails and pecs but without success.
A problem that seemed unsolvable and solved in 48 hours by Mr. Gianpiero who, in addition to having exemplary competence, proved to be very serious, punctual and empathetic.
By now they have become a point of reference for me and I am happy to share my experience with the readers of this review.
