★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firmo per un mutuo a tasso fisso, passa la prima fase, prima della perizia mi contattano e mi dicono che la deutsche ha tolto i tassi fissi e che quindi potevo fare solo un variabile!!! Senza parole, ho firmato per un fisso ,ho un contratto firmato!!! Nulla,...la policy della banca ha deciso, così, unilateralmente...ovvio che mi faccio subito rilasciare la liberatoria per andare altrove!!! Pessimi.....e poco seri,...che banca è questa?
I sign up for a fixed rate mortgage, pass the first phase, before the appraisal they contact me and tell me that the deutsche has removed the fixed rates and therefore I could only make a variable !!! Speechless, I signed up for a fixed, I have a signed contract !!! Nothing, ... the bank policy has decided, so, unilaterally ... of course I immediately get the release to go elsewhere !!! Bad ..... and not very serious, ... what bank is this?
