Nel senso che fanno passare avanti gli amici, con buona pace di chi ha ritirato il numero ed è in coda. E poi quando è arrivato il mio turno, sono stato trattato come se mi stessero facendo un grosso piacere. Negativo. An hour and ten minutes for a bank draft. Ma stiamo scherzando???la filiale di una banca che non risponde al telefono. STESSA IDENTICA cosa con la filiale di via Margherita. E' vergognoso, mi vergogno io per loro e di essere un correntista Unicredit. Copio e incollo la stessa recensione per l'altra filiale. An unprecedented disgrace !!! Y	Yersan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima ero cliente presso la filiale di via Campania che hanno chiuso, filiale affidabile ed efficiente a mio parere. Mi hanno trasferito qui a via Marche e.. Lasciamo stare, una settimana che chiamo la filiale mattina e pomeriggio e non rispondono mai.. Se questo è il rispetto che hanno per il cliente.. Credo che cambierò filiale molto presto.. Dopo mesi la situazione non è cambiata di una virgola, il telefono squilla ma nessuno che risponde, mi viene da pensare che forse, il telefono, I dipendenti lo abbiano solo per chiamare a casa e amici, altrimenti non si spiega..
