Infatti ho conosciute due dipendenti, la sig.ra Basile Raffaella ed Amati Sara, entrambe molto disponibili e con grande professionalità. Una banca anche se piccolina nelle dimensioni ma molto efficiente; ogni volta che ho telefonato ho sempre avuto una risposta, anche fuori dall’orario previsto ed in periodo di covid 19. Non ho conosciuto personalmente il direttore ma anche lui più volte mi ha risposto alle telefonate mostrando ampio spirito di servizio e soluzioni alle mie domande. I have been a client of Banca Sella for five years now and I can express great satisfaction with the organization of the staff. In fact, I met two employees, Mrs. Basile Raffaella and Amati Sara, both very helpful and with great professionalism. A bank although small in size but very efficient; every time I phoned I always had an answer, even outside of the scheduled time and in the period of covid 19. I did not know the manager personally but he also repeatedly answered the phone calls showing a broad spirit of service and solutions to my questions .

Sia la sig.ra Raffaella che la sig.ra Sara operanti agli sportelli e con le quali abbiamo avuto di parlare, sono molto educate, gentili e professionali ed in qualsiasi momento, anche per telefono, sono sempre cordiali e pronte a risolvere ogni dubbio. Ma la cordialità si estende anche a tutto il personale che in maniera composta e garbata svolge il lavoro in maniera discreta e professionale, rivolgendo sempre un sorriso ai presenti in filiale.
