★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il prodotto acquistato non mi ha soddisfatto. Nonostante pagato più della metà di un prodotto originale è durato pochissimo appena 4 mesi. L'ho fatto presente in negozio ma non ho avuto nessuna assistenza ma solo frasi fatte del tipo "se facciamo assistenza così chiuderemmo il negozio" o classica del tipo:"da noi non si è venuto mai a lamentare nessuno". Molto scarso, l'interesse è solo vendere anche a scapito del cliente.
The purchased product did not satisfy me. Despite paying for more than half of an original product, it lasted barely 4 months. I mentioned it in the shop but I had no assistance but only phrases like "if we do assistance so we would close the shop" or classic like: "we never came to complain to anyone". Very little, the interest is only to sell even at the expense of the customer.
