Mi sono rivolto ad Hdc di Michele Francavilla per la riparazione del mio pc un hp (scheda madre) e in precedenza per dei problemi con lo schermo di un iPhone X, abbastanza malconcio. Non posso che confermare l’elevata personalità di Michele e del personale nel svolgere le riparazioni e nel fornire tutte le spiegazioni del caso (davvero molto apprezzato). Aggiunto un aspetto molto importante: prezzi molto convenienti rispetto ai competitor e al mercato. Complimenti!

I turned to Michele Francavilla's Hdc for the repair of my pc an hp (motherboard) and previously for problems with the screen of an iPhone X, quite battered. I can only confirm the high personality of Michele and the staff in carrying out the repairs and providing all the necessary explanations (very much appreciated). ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La carica delle mie airpods durava ormai solo pochi minuti.. Ovunque andavo mi dicevano che non erano attrezzati per la sostituzione della batteria, o che addirittura non si potevano cambiare affatto. Meno male che sono entrato in questo negozio! Sostituite in giornata in quanto già disponibili! Ho pagato anche poco, quantomeno rispetto all'idea di doverle ricomprare! Grazie ancora!
The charge of my airpods now lasted only a few minutes .. Everywhere I went they told me that they were not equipped for battery replacement, or that they could not even be changed at all. Luckily I walked into this shop! Replace within the day as they are already available! I also paid little, at least compared to the idea of having to buy them back! Thanks again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima di scoprire questo negozio, ogni volta che un mio dispositivo, o di un amico, aveva un problema, il più delle volte passava per 2 o 3 centri, che alla fine lo definivano non riparabile e me lo restituivano. Tutto ciò che è stato definito non riparabile da altri centri, mi è stato riparato velocemente ed economicamente in questo negozio! Da allora mi ci rivolgo sempre quando ho bisogno, e almeno fino ad oggi, non ha mai deluso le aspettative! Grazie!
Before discovering this shop, whenever a device of mine, or that of a friend, had a problem, most of the time it went through 2 or 3 centers, which in the end defined it as unrepairable and returned it to me. Anything that was defined as unrepairable by other centers was repaired quickly and cheaply in this shop! Since then I always turn to it when I need it, and at least until now, it has never disappointed expectations! Thank you!

La cortesia dello staff e la preparazione hanno consentito una piacevole esperienza d'acquisto.. Inoltre i consigli sono serviti e non mi pento degli acquisti.. Molto spesso si preferisce comprare online o darsi al fai-da-te, pensando di risparmiare o di capirne abbastanza..ma non è vero.
Inoltre tempo fa il buon Michele ha ridato vita ad un iphone che non funzionava più.. con pochi spicci e un caffè ha ridato vita a lazzaro..

Più di dieci altri negozi visitati in precedenza mi avevano altamente negato e cercato di convincere a comprare un cellulare nuovo perché nn c'era niente che si potesse fare. Altamente consigliato. Persona onestissima e che cerca nel possibile di risolvere il problema senza cercare di guadagnarci più del dovuto. Sicuramente il mio centro assistenza di fiducia adesso.
Great professionalism and competence. The technician managed to fix my cell phone by replacing a component on my motherboard. More than ten other shops previously visited had highly denied me and tried to persuade me to buy a new cellphone because there was nothing they could do. Highly recommended. Very honest person who tries as much as possible to solve the problem without trying to earn more than he should. Definitely my trusted help center now.
