★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia compagna ha restituito un paio di auricolari non funzionante. Le hanno proposto la sostituzione con un paio di fascia superiore (ha pagato la differenza di tasca sua). Restituito anche questo per problemi di connessione, che nemmeno la commessa è riuscita a risolvere. Non hanno potuto cambiarglielo perché era l'ultimo paio. Chiesto il rimborso economico, come previsto dalla legge, ma non le è stato accordato perché "il nostro sistema informatico non lo consente". È stata costretta a cambiare gli auricolari con un altro prodotto. Vergognatevi
My partner returned a pair of non-working earphones. They proposed to replace her with a pair of a higher range (she paid the difference out of her own pocket). Also returned for connection problems, which not even the saleswoman was able to solve. They couldn't change it because it was the last pair. The financial reimbursement was requested, as required by law, but was not granted because "our computer system does not allow it". She was forced to change the earphones to another product. Shame on you

Per quelli che come lei e me lavorano in commercio questo è sicuramente un periodo particolare e pesante ma questo non ci da diritto di rispondere malamente al cliente , che spendendo ci paga lo stipendio . Sconsigliatissimo ! Bravi ! Questo è sicuramente il modo migliore per perdere la clientela. Non tornerò mai più
Cashier Elena was rude, arrogant and inappropriate! For those like you and me who work in the trade this is certainly a particular and heavy period but this does not give us the right to respond badly to the customer, who pays us his salary by spending.
