Torno alle 9.15 ed ho trovato un gentilissimo venditore che con pazienza e cortesia mi ha dato tutte le spiegazioni del caso. Valido davvero. Complimenti. Arrival at 8.30 and open torovo. Quando ho chiesto se il prezzo si poteva di un pochino abbassare mi ha detto che aveva molti altri clienti che la volevano e al posto che risponde alle mie domande era sempre a parlare via telefono. Nelle due trattative mi ha seguito un bravissimo venditore di nome Simone, persona gentilissima, seria e competente. In sintesi ho ricevuto in soli 5 gg. a Roma direttamente sotto casa mia l'auto come una scatola di cioccolatini, fantastico!!! Nessuna delle due vetture era presente presso il concessionario. Non che scuse e qualche tentativo di risolvere il problema sarebbero servite, ma almeno provarci... Ah no, in effetti.. Ci è stato proposto di bloccare l'auto con un anticipo, altrimenti potrebbe essere stata venduta. Senza vederla né provarla. Sconcertanti. Lungaggini nello svolgimento della pratica di compravendita, All'acquisto della macchina, riscontrato che la carrozzeria aveva dei graffi, mi venne promessa la sistemazione che effettivamente veniva fatta...applicando della vernice con un pennello, tipo "fai da te" ma dei peggiori. Un sedile ha ancora un buco nello schienale e siamo in attesa dopo più di sei mesi che venga sistemato. Dopo pochi km ci siamo accorti che la macchina segnava che l'olio era scarso, anche se era stato fatto il tagliando(??). Che dire... Bad personal experience. I	Informazioni Kilometri & Miglia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ faccio i complimenti al capo officina smart perchè in occasione di un tagliando della mia smart for two ho segnalato la mia percezione di instabilità in curva o dossi e dopo averla provata mi ha confermato che dipende dalla forza G che subisce la vettura in certe condizioni. Io pensavo che riguardasse solo le vetture di formula uno o gli aerei militari ed invece riguarda anche le smart. Al mio arrivo mi dicono che la avevano appena venduta ,ritorno a casa e il giorno dopo mi chiamano per dirmi che è di nuovo disponibile , quindi riparto con tutti i documenti perché l avrei acquistata subito . Al mio arrivo trovo un venditore che me la fa vedere , ma mi dice di aspettare il suo collega visto che dovevo fare delle modifiche perché serve per un disabile ,aspetto più di mezz'ora e quando l altro venditore si libera mi dice che non ha tempo di seguirmi perché sta aspettando un altro cliente . Chiedo al limite delle informazio sui tempi e come funziona il discorso delle modifiche,Ma le risposte sono state mto vaghe ,quindi mi sono alzata e me ne sono andata .Peccato avete perso una vendita che sarebbe avvenuta in 5 minuti .in più mi sono fatta per 4 volte la strada senza essere stata soddisfattA.
