★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMI ! Mi reco allo Sky Center x restituire Modem dopo che mi avevano truffato dal Call Center millantando di darmi la Fibra 1 Giga quando in realtà vendevano la 200 MB. Entro ed esprimo le mie rimostranze e mi sento rispondere "quelli come voi manco li ascolto". Ma tu chi rappresenti ?!? Non lavori x SKY ?!? Questo è il modo di trattare le persone che ti pagano ?!? Perso un potenziale cliente e assicuro fin da ora che parlero' in maniera PESSIMA di voi e dei vostri servizi.
 BAD! I go to the Sky Center to return the Modem after they had scammed me from the Call Center claiming to give me 1 Giga Fiber when in reality they were selling the 200 MB. I go in and express my complaints and I hear the answer "those like you do not listen to them". But who do you represent?!? Don't you work x SKY?!? This is the way to treat people who pay you?!? I lost a potential customer and I assure you right now that I will speak VERY BAD about you and your services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servìzio la maleducazione fatta persona. Non sapevo di dover prendere appuntamento e pur facendo presente che venivo da lontano il ragazzo non ha accettato il reso del decoder. La maleducazione non porta a nulla , anzi no porta ad avere recensioni come questa.
Bad manners the rudeness made person. I did not know I had to make an appointment and while pointing out that I came from afar, the boy did not accept the return of the decoder. Rudeness leads to nothing, indeed it does not lead to reviews like this.

Si è dato da fare senza risparmiarsi per cercare di risolvere il mio problema ed alla fine è stato in grado di farmi una diagnosi assolutamente corretta e di propormi diverse soluzioni esponendomele nel dettaglio. Consigliatissimo.
I had to deal with Elio and I must say that I found kindness and competence at the top. He worked hard to try to solve my problem and in the end he was able to make me an absolutely correct diagnosis and to propose various solutions, explaining them in detail. Highly recommended.

Vi conviene chiamare per prendere appuntamento se non volete rischiare di andare a vuoto. Sono andato la prima volta e mi è stato consigliato di prendere appuntamento per evitare lunghe attese, ci sta anche per evitare assembramenti! Personale gentile e disponibile! Grazie di nuovo e verrò per altri eventuali problemi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non si può andare sotto ad una stella, poco cordiali (sembra quasi di disturbare), poco professionale (rispondeva a messaggi e chiamate mentre mi serviva) ma soprattutto ha tentato di truffarmi.
Sono andato per assistenza sul decoder Sky che non funzionava, non lo ha nemmeno provato, mi ha subito detto che è un decoder vecchio e Sky obbliga al passaggio a Sky Q, quindi dovevo pagare e aspettare 15 giorni per il tecnico.
Sono andato presso altro centro Sky e:
1. Mi hanno fatto funzionare il decoder
2. Mi hanno detto che in ogni caso me lo avrebbero sostituito senza problemi con uno più recente senza costi, senza obbligarmi a fare Sky Q
Penso che scriverò anche a Sky per questo

Unfortunately you can't go under a star, unfriendly (it almost seems to disturb), unprofessional (he answered messages and calls while I needed it) but above all he tried to scam me.
I went for assistance on the Sky decoder which wasn't working, he didn't even try it, he immediately told me it's an old decoder and Sky forces me to switch to Sky Q, so I had to pay and wait 15 days for the technician.
I went to another Sky center and:
1. They made the decoder work for me
2. They told me that in any case they would have replaced it without problems with a more recent one at no cost, without forcing me to do Sky Q
I think I will also write to Sky for this
Don't go to this center!
