★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono una assistente e per lavoro contatto delle aziende per fissare degli appuntamenti per il mio responsabile. mi è capitato spesso di parlare con persone poco cortesi ma MAI TANTO INEDUCATE come la signora che risponde al numero di telefono aziendale. Dopo aver detto chi ero e praticamente nient'altro mi ha, in modo estremamente scortese, chiuso il telefono in faccia, senza neanche capire cosa stessi chiedendo. Ho richiamato per capire se avessi sbagliato qualcosa, se fossi stata scortese in qualche modo ed ancora peggio mi ha richiuso il telefono in faccia senza rispondere alla mia domanda.
Se questa rappresenta la gentilezza, con cui chiunque viene accolto al telefono, chiamando per qualunque motivo, voglio farvi i complimenti per la peggiore pubblicità che possiate farvi.
Io, come dicevo, per lavoro chiamo molte aziende e posso assicurarvi che questi livelli di ineducazione non li aveva mai raggiunti nessuno.
Secondo me bisogna avere sempre rispetto delle altre persone e del loro lavoro e non è poi così tanto complicato mostrare un po' di rispetto al telefono e rispondere ugualmente NO, MA CON GENTILEZZA E CORTESIA!
I am an assistant and work contact companies to make appointments for my manager. I often talk to unkind people but NEVER SO MUCH INEDUCATED as the lady who answers the business phone number. After saying who I was and practically nothing else, I was extremely rude and closed the phone in my face, without even understanding what I was asking. I called to see if I had done something wrong, if I had been rude in some way and even worse, he closed the phone on my face without answering my question.
If this represents kindness, with which anyone is welcomed on the phone, calling for whatever reason, I want to congratulate you for the worst publicity you can make.
I, as I said, I call many companies for work and I can assure you that these levels of ineducation had never reached anyone.
In my opinion we must always have respect for other people and their work and it is not so difficult to show a little respect on the phone and answer NO, BUT WITH KINDNESS AND COURTESY!
