M	Monica Lazzari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proporrei un premio per la pazienza, l'attenzione al cliente e la competenza al all'eroico ragazzo che deve gestire i rapporti tra Sky - assolutamente indifferente ai problemi dei suoi clienti- e l'abbonato Sky che, inevitabilmente, si lamenta con chi in quel momento rappresenta l'azienda. Dopo essere stata rimbalzata per giorni da un operatore telefonico all'altro senza ottenere una risposta ai miei quesiti, ho trovato da O.B. qualcuno che è stato in grado di darmi la tanto agognata soluzione ai miei problemi. Grazie O.B.! I would propose an award for patience, attention to the customer and competence to the heroic guy who has to manage the relations between Sky - absolutely indifferent to the problems of his customers - and the Sky subscriber who, inevitably, complains to those in that moment represents the company. After being bounced for days from one telephone operator to another without getting my questions answered, I found O.B. someone who was able to give me the much needed solution to my problems. Alcune situazioni da evitare: non portategli resi se non avete chiuso il contratto definitivamente, non chiedete di passare da ftts a ftth perché sarete chiamati da sky, solo in caso di trasloco fisico e' meglio chiudere il contratto e riaprirlo a nuove condizioni. Very kind, but it is better to go there after having clarified well with 170.
