★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unico negozio in tutta la zona da Trieste a Padova che ha transistor di potenza originali On semi e Toshiba. Lo dico da riparatore, con i ricambi presi da Rudy mai un problema.
The only shop in the whole area from Trieste to Padua which has original On semi and Toshiba power transistors. I say this as a repairman, with the spare parts taken from Rudy never a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trattato con superficialità ed arroganza, in merito alla mia richiesta di informazioni, per l'stallazione di un impianto di video sorveglianza e non si è neppure scusato per aver aperto il negozio in ritardo. Sono passati sei anni e no ci ho rimesso piú piede, ma me lo ricordo bene il perché.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il peggior negozio di assistenza. Mesi fa ho portato un amplificatore a riparare. Cambiato uno spinotto con uno di scarsa qualità, portato a casa e non funzionante. 36 euro senza ricevuta. Riportato in negozio con la promessa del titolare Rudi che controllava il tutto. Dopo mesi mi chiama per ritirarlo, arrivo, chiedo un test con me presente e si rifiuta. Gli do il tempo per preparare per fare il test, passano mesi e nessuna chiamata. Mando un messaggio ieri per andar a ritirarlo e chiaramente senza nessuna risposta. Oggi arrivo in negozio, mi dice di aver dovuto fare il test e resettarlo e che devo pagare altre 30,5 euro per riprenderlo. Non mi rivedrà più in quel negozio che sembra un mercatino dell'usato cinese. Negozi così vanno chiusi
The worst assistance shop. Months ago I brought an amplifier to repair. Changed one plug to a poor quality one, brought home and failed. 36 euros without a receipt. Reported in the store with the promise of the owner Rudi who controlled everything. After months he calls me to pick it up, I arrive, I ask for a test with me present and he refuses. Today I arrive at the store, he tells me he had to take the test and reset it and that I have to pay another 30.5 euros to get it back. He will never see me again in that shop that looks like a flea market in China. Stores should be closed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negli anni mi sono affidato alla qualità dei prodotti ed alla professionalità proposti da questo negozio ma concordo con altre recensioni che il rapporto con il cliente DEVE ESSERE MIGLIORATO! Oltre ai prezzi non proprio popolari ultimamente mi sono sentito rimbalzato e quasi costretto a dover accettare un'installazione obbligatoria di un prodotto che dovevo e volevo installare io ma sembrava che se avessi voluto il prodotto avrebbe dovuto effettuare istallazione obbligatoria.. Nel mio caso oltre a non servirmi il loro servizio a domicilio dovevo accettare delle modifiche impossibili da effettuare.. Tutto per farmi lievitare l'acquisto ma anche spiegando la difficoltà del caso ho avuto l'impressione di essere quasi obbligato ad accettare una soluzione che non potevo e non volevo realizzare.. Molto deluso! Peccato potrebbe fare meglio per il cliente ed avere una reputazione ancora più alta..

In my case in addition to not to use their home service I had to accept changes that were impossible to make .. Everything to make my purchase rise but also explaining the difficulty of the case I had the impression of being almost obliged to accept a solution that I could not and did not want to implement .. Very disappointed! Too bad it could do better for the customer and have an even higher reputation ..
